RGB Media Network Terms of Service Agreement - Web Services

I. RGB Media Network Web Templates

1. All RGB Media Network templates are created solely by RGB Media Network and retains all explicit and implied copyright guidelines when purchased from RGB Media Network. Ownership is transferred upon purchase of a template, however RGB Media Network retains full ownership after a purchase as well. Templates are offered as generalized products by which multiple users may purchase as is not defined to an individual.
   
   
2. Ownership defined: Software rights to the site, which may include future self modification, expansion, extension, and so forth. Ownership does not include transfer of copyright. All RGB Media Network Templates are copyrighted by RGB Media Network.
   
   
3. RGB Media Network Templates are purchased at the price indicated on the site www.rgbnetwork.com at the time of the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price includes the right to ownership upon completion of the site as well as the labor used to implement user data into the chosen template.
   
   
4. Upon purchase of a template solution, RGB Media Network is not responsible for the maintenance of the site unless otherwise stated in a separate contract other than the purchase statement.
   
   
5. RGB Media Network is not liable for any damages following the relinquishing of the completed template site into the custody of the owner. RGB Media Network is not responsible for any malicious activity such as viruses, worms, malicious code, hackers, or any hosting deficiencies that are not linked directly and explicitly to RGB Media Network.

II. RGB Media Network Custom Creations

1. Inquiries made pertaining to customized site solutions within the realm of www.rgbnetwork.com do not form legally binding contracts. Any form of contractual agreements will be formulated upon reception of the data to RGB Media Network.
   
   
2. All RGB Media Network custom solutions are created solely by RGB Media Network and retain all explicit and implied copyright guidelines when purchased from RGB Media Network. Ownership is transferred upon purchase of the site. (Please see ownership defined in the above section)
   
   
3. RGB Media Network Custom Solutions are purchased at the price indicated on the site www.rgbnetwork.com at the time of the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price includes the right to ownership upon completion of the site as well as the labor used to create, construct and implement a custom site according to the predefined agreement as defined before the inception of the project.
   
   
4. Upon purchase of a custom solution, RGB Media Network is not responsible for the maintenance of the site unless otherwise stated in a separate contract other than the purchase statement.
   
   
5. RGB Media Network is not liable for any damages following the relinquishing of the completed template site into the custody of the owner. III. RGB Media Network Site Add-Ins

1. RGB Media Network offers site add-ins that are available without the commitment to purchasing a template or overall structural format from RGB Media Network. Site add-ins are purchased on an individual basis.
   
   
2. RGB Media Network assumes no responsibility for previous work performed on your web site that is not directly or explicitly linked to RGB Media Network.
   
   
3. The price of an add-in feature is subject to change without notice. This price includes the typical implementation of the feature chosen into the current client's web site. If, under the case that the site is damaged or non-functional, the normal implementation process cannot be performed, an extra charge will be assessed for any additional work needed to be performed to make the feature fully operational.
   
   
4. Site add-ins are intended to enhance your site by implementing the functionality described. If explicit definitions or options are needed, please refer to the help feature or email support@rgbnetwork.com.
   
   
5. RGB Media Network is not responsible for the compatibility of the site add-in features with your current hosting service. If requested, RGB Media Network can inquire about certain functionality for you free of charge; however, RGB Media Network is not directly responsible for the compatibility of a feature with your web hosting company.
