Employees of the RGB Media Network and their immediate family members (or people living in the same household) of each are not eligible.  Participation in this contest constitutes contestant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.  One entry per business per contest period.  RGB Media Network is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail; for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. All notifications in the contest will be sent by e-mail.  We are not responsible, and may disqualify a submission, if the e-mail address is invalid, or if it is changed without prior notice. Qualifying entries must include the entrant's e-mail address, name, business name, phone contact, and how you heard about the contest. Any entries that do not contain the above mentioned information will be disqualified from the contest.  Winner will be chosen the following day and will be notified by email.  One winner per contest period.  Odds of winning dependant upon the number of entries. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.

Winner will be chosen at random from the entries submitted within the time restrictions of the given contest period.

Claiming Prizes

To be eligible to win, winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability (except where prohibited by law) giving RGB Media Network permission to use their name, picture, portrait, and likeness for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes connected with this contest without additional compensation and releasing RGB Media Network from any loss, liability or damages which may occur as a result of winning. Return of any prize notification/prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winner.
